Strength Training Programs

4-week, 6-week, 8-week, & 12-week options

This is a great option for you if you have a crazy schedule where you cannot commit to a certain time each week to work out with me or if you love to work out, but you just need some direction and a plan! These plans are customized to you personally to meet your specific fitness goals.

Virtual Sessions

FaceTime or Zoom

This is the perfect option for anyone concerned about COVID or for those not located in the Memphis, Tennessee area. Doing training sessions virtually allows me and the client to have a typical work out together without physically having to be together.

In-Home Training

This is for those who live in the Memphis, TN area. All you need is some space and a few dumbbells, then I will bring the rest! This option is best for those who prefer to have an in-person trainer along with some extra accountability. For in-home training, you can purchase packages of 4 (once a week for a month), 8 (twice a week for a month), or 12 (three times a week for a month).
