The Process

Free consultation with me! You can do this over the phone or through e-mail. We will discuss your goals, lifestyle, health history, current dietary intake, and commitment level, then we will create an action plan on how to achieve these goals.

Start making changes and tracking your macros! After the first consultation you will receive your directions, first habit starters, and your macro plan!

Move closer to reaching your goals! Throughout this journey we will stay in close contact while tweaking and molding your nutrition plan to your goals and lifestyle as you progress.
